Administrative Volunteers assist as office aides at one of our local service centers. The skills needed for this position are many and varied: Are you great at managing, analyzing, organizing and coordinating? Share your expertise!
Translators and Liaisons provides bilingual and/or mentoring support to Troop Leaders and other volunteers to ensure non-English-speaking volunteers and parents of Girl Scouts have the necessary information for a positive Girl Scout experience. They communicate with families, help with the collection of paperwork and assist with program delivery. They serve as role models to girls, and adhere to Council and national policies and procedures.
Volunteers with special skills are always needed. These volunteers share a special talent or skill with a Girl Scout troop/group, enhancing the exposure to new experiences, ideas and people. They serve as mentor and role model for the duration of activity at troop meetings, day or resident camp, or a special event for girls. In addition, they adhere to Council and national policies.
